Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use propertyroo.lat. It is a general template, not legal advice.

A Referral Service Only

Propertyroo Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen trees, grind stumps or trim branches. If work happens on your property, an independent provider does it, not Propertyroo Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information Is General

The content here is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one home may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices vary with the job, the location, the size of the tree, how easy it is to reach and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. If you have questions about coverage, contact your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and damaged structures. Do not take risks. Keep away from downed lines and tell your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Propertyroo Tree Service when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and up to date. We cannot promise that it is complete or that it has no mistakes.
